KU Topples Ft. Hays State 101-52 on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011.

The 13th ranked Kansas Jayhawks got 22 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists from junior forward Thomas Robinson, and closed out their exhibition schedule with a 101-52 win over Ft. Hays State Tuesday night.

Robinson was back in uniform after missing the first exhibition game with a hyper-extended knee and was one of five different Kansas players who scored in double digits.

Freshman Naadir Tharpe added 19, and senior Conner Teahan scored 14.

Head Coach Bill Self once again elected to play without guards Tyshawn Taylor and Elijah Johnson, both players serving a two-game suspension for breaking team rules during the off-season. Both are also expected back in uniform when Kansas opens its regular season on Friday at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence against Towson State.
