It's a bold, out-of-the-box plan, but Kansas City Police Chief Darryl Forté has been that kind of chief since Thursday, Oct. 13 when he was sworn in.
Simply put, he feels positive interactions with people are just as important as arresting a felon. Forté said he wants to spend this week tracking all the positive interactions his officers have with the public.
