FMA Live! is an award-winning science education concert designed to inspire students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math. The program uses live performers, music, videos and interactive scientific demonstrations to teach students about Newton's Laws of Motion and the Universal Law of Gravity. These topics have been identified by the National Science Education Standards as key learning objectives for students in grades 5-8.
Today FMA Live! is in Liberty at South Valley Middle School showcasing several science demos. The students will witness "extreme" wrestling, dragster cars and rocket launchers, a hover chair and students vaulting onto a Velcro wall. There will also be original music and dance moves performed by professional actors and dancers.
