The Number 42 Omelet from Mama’s 39th St. Diner
Mama’s 39th Street Diner re-opened about four months ago after a fire in the restaurant. One of their chefs, Jose Maldonado, shared the recipe to their Number 42 Omelet.
- 1 ounce of diced white onions
- 4 ounces of diced breaded cube steak
- covered with 6 ounces of Mama’s sausage gravy
