Police Release Report About Deadly Crash
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Authorities say that a woman lost control of her SUV in a November crash that left her and one of her young daughters dead, but doesn’t shed any light on what caused her to lose control and veer into oncoming traffic.
Heidi Adams and her 9-year-old daughter, Imogin, were killed on November 14th in a wreck on 69 Highway near 143rd Street. Adams’ other two daughters were injured in the wreck.
According to the police report on the accident, Adams lost control of her SUV, crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with two other vehicles. There is no word on what might have caused Adams to lose control of her vehicle.
The report shows that Adams and her daughters were all wearing seat belts at the time of the wreck. The drivers of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries in the accident.
