Chocolate Peppermint Martini

  • 3oz of Double Chocolate Flavored 360 Vodka
  • 1oz of Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1oz of Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1oz of Chocolate Syrup
  • 1oz Whipped Cream (or Heavy Whipping Cream)

 

Directions

-Jigger all ingredients into a martini shaker filled 1/2 way with ice
-Shake until cold (about 7-10 to shakes)
-Rim 1/2 of the martini glass in Light Karo Syrup, then place the syrup-sided rim into crushed peppermint candies
-Pour drink into martini glass
-Garnish with Ghiradelli peppermint bark candy placed in center of candied rim on glass & a fresh mint sprig

Pomegranate Martini

  • 3oz of Absolut Vodka
  • 1oz of Razzmatazz (or Chambord)
  • 2oz of Pomegranate Juice (POM)
  • 1oz of Cranberry Juice
  • *1/2oz of Simple Syrup (*optional: add if you prefer a sweeter martini OR add a 1/2 sugar rim to glass)

Directions

  • Jigger all ingredients into a martini shaker filled 3/4 full of ice
  • Shake until cold (about 10-14 shakes)
  • Pour into martini glass & garnish with fresh mint sprig

Note: Although Pomegranate is a traditional winter fruit, make this martini even more special for the holiday by topping the already-made martini with a 1/2oz champagne float (don't not add in the shaker, you will lose the bubbles!)

Harvey Wallbanger

  • 2oz of Absolut Vodka
  • 1/2oz of Galliano
  • 3oz of Orange Juice

Directions

  • Fill cocktail or rocks glass with ice and pour in all ingredients
    Add straw and garnish with orange slice & a maraschino cherry
