French Onion Greek Yogurt Dip with Vegetable Skewers

Servings: 8, ¼ cup each for the dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 pint whole mushrooms
  • 1 pack skewers

Preparation:

  • Skewer: Wash produce.
  • Cut cucumber into wedges.
  • Take a skewer and place one cherry tomato, cucumber wedge, mushroom, cucumber wedge and another tomato.

Dip:

  • Place 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt into serving bowl in place of sour cream
  • Add 1 pack Simply Organic French onion dip
  • Mix well and serve.
