French Onion Greek Yogurt Dip with Vegetable Skewers
Servings: 8, ¼ cup each for the dip
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 pint whole mushrooms
- 1 pack skewers
- Skewer: Wash produce.
- Cut cucumber into wedges.
- Take a skewer and place one cherry tomato, cucumber wedge, mushroom, cucumber wedge and another tomato.
- Place 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt into serving bowl in place of sour cream
- Add 1 pack Simply Organic French onion dip
- Mix well and serve.
