Grade School Wins Glee Award

LEAVENWORTH, Kan. — Students at Anthony Elementary School thought they were gathering for an assembly to listen to a speaker talk about character building on Friday, but instead they found out they had won an award.

Anthony Elementary won 2nd place for the Glee Scholarship Award, which gives the school $10,000 for the music department.
