The Glass Onion
Lump crab, glass rice noodles, carrot curls, broccoli mango onions, basil mandarin ponzu

Basil Mandarian Ponzu Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons  Basil, fresh
  • 1/4 cup fresh yuzu or lime juice, or more to taste
  • ¼ cup Mandarian Oranges
  • 1 Tbl. Green Onions

The Glass Onion

  • 4 ounces Lump Blue Crabmeat
  • 6 ounces Rice Noodles (Pre-soaked)
  • 1 ounce  Carrot-Curls
  • 6 each Broccoli Florettes (blanched)
  • 6 each Mandarian Orange Segments
  • 1 ounce Mango Carmelized Onions
  • 2 ounces  Ponzu Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
