MERRIAM, Kan. — One of the men wanted for questioning in the Jan. 20th death of 37-year-old Toby Rock has been arrested and is expected to be charged with first-degree murder.

Police arrested Jason Munjak, 36, Wednesday, Jan. 25. First-degree murder charges may be filed on Friday. Police continue to search for 24-year-old Gregory Ojeda. Police think Ojeda may have information about Rock’s murder.

Rock’s body was found by a maid at the Homestead Suites Hotel, located near I-35 and Shawnee Mission Parkway in Merriam, Kan. Police have not said how the mother of five died but say there were obvious signs of trauma.

The woman’s mother and sister said she struggled with a drug addiction but never exposed it to her children and spent regular time with them. Rock lived with her family and kids in Topeka, but often visited the Kansas City area.
