Firefighters Rescue Man from Burning Home

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Firefighters rescued a man from a house fire Monday afternoon in the 200 block of N. Glenwood in Independence, Mo.

Firefighters performed CPR on the man, identified as Michael Hall, before he was transported to the hospital. He was listed in critical condition late Monday afternoon.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. FOX 4′s Abby Eden is on the scene and will have more information throughout the day.
