School District Deals with Flat Tires on Buses

HOUSTON, Texas — It’s unusual to hear about a school bus having a flat tire. What about 58 buses?

School officials in a Houston suburb say 2,500 students had to find a way to school on Monday morning because someone flattened the tires of 58 school buses.

The Crosby School District advised parents that they would have to get their children to school as best they could. More than half of the district’s 70 buses were out of commission.

Police are now looking at surveillance video to see if they can figure out what happened.
