INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- An Indiana boy got sick on his birthday after being served alcohol on his birthday at Olive Garden. Now, the restaurant is working to resolve the issue with his family.
The 10-year-old boy ordered a non-alcoholic Wildberry Frullato as a treat for his birthday. After receiving his drink, his parents noticed some changes in his behavior.
"His eyes were changing," a witness said. "He was feeling sick to his stomach and didn't want to eat no more."
The waitress brought him a cocktail in a four-ounce glass with rum instead. When she realized the mistake, she didn't notify the family right away. A manager later went to the family's
table to explain the mix-up.
The mix-up cost the waitress her job and the family filed a police report.
