Experts: Lee’s Summit Child Tragedy Can Happen to Anyone
LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. — Police say that there doesn’t appear to be any foul play involved in the death of a 13-month-old boy who died after his mother forgot him in the back seat of their vehicle, but their investigation continues.
But experts who have seen this scenario play out dozens of times each year across the nation say that there are things that parents can do to prevent a tragedy like this from hitting their family.
