  • Chicken base 1/4 cup
  • Hot Water 4 cups
  • Chicken Tenders 1/14 lbs
  • Celery diced 1/2 cup
  • Yellow onions diced 1/4 each
  • Sundried cranberries 1/2 cup
  • Toasted pecans 1/4 cup
  • Toasted almonds 1/4 cup
  • Red grapes cut in half 1/2 cup
  • White pepper 1/2 tblsp
  • Kosher salt 1/2 tblsp
  • Citrus mayo 3/4 cup (mayo 4 cups-orange zest-1 tblsp-lemon zest-1 tblsp-lime
  • zest-1 tblsp-white pepper 1-teaspoon)
