Meet Orville, the Flying Cat

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands — It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s…a…what?

According to i09, Dutch artist, Bert Jansen, has turned a dead, stuffed cat named Orville into a lean, mean flying feline. Jansen took the stuffed cat and turned it into a quadcopter – basically a helicopter with four rotors, one each on Orville’s paws.

The flying contraption (cat-traption?) was presented at Amsterdam’s KunstRai art festival earlier this month.
