Crews Battle Two-Alarm Fire in Midtown

KANSAS CITY, Mo. --  Fire crews were called to an apartment building at 36th & Wyandotte around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The fire was in a building that is three stories tall and has six apartments inside.

There were 13 adults and no children inside at the time. Investigators believe the fire started on the second floor and spread to the third floor.

An estimated $275,000 was done to the building. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

No one was hurt.
