Purple Rain (boozy and non-boozy)

Alcoholic-

• 1 oz Midnight Moon Blueberry Moonshine
• 2 oz Chambord
• 5 oz vanilla ice cream
• 3 oz simple syrup
• Blend until smooth

Non-Alcoholic: Sub blueberry juice for the Moonshine, sub raspberry puree for the Chambord.

To make your own syrup:

• Just bring water to a boil, then mix equal parts water and sugar, stir well and let sit for about 10 minutes.  But, if you want you can just buy this at most grocery stores, too.
