Dog Walking More Beneficial than Walking with Another Human
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Many of us feel better just petting a puppy. That’s led researchers to delve into human-animal interaction. The University of Missouri has a research center through its nursing and veterinary schools. FOX 4 Medical Reporter Meryl Lin McKean talked with Dr. Rebecca Johnson, the director, who says one of their studies found some real health benefits to humans walking dogs compared to walking with another human.
