Missing St. Louis Child Found Safe in Colorado

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Authorities say that a missing St. Louis child who was believed to be in the Kansas City area was actually found safe in Colorado early Saturday morning.

According to Kansas City Missouri Police, the missing child – 5-year-old Keyondre Knox – was found safe in Colorado around midnight.

The female suspect in his disappearance, 25-year-old Valencia Sardis, was taken into custody.

Authorities say that Knox was taken from the St. Louis area without consent.
