Meteorologist Predicts Lava, Tidal Wave and Godzilla
Think it’s hot in Kansas City? Try sweating out 400-degree temperatures in Charlottesville, N.C., where a volcanic eruption spilled lava into central Virginia.
Of course we’re not serious. WTVR CBS 6 Meteorologist Aaron Justus posted a fake forecast in response to FakeNBC12, a parody news account on Twitter. The video never aired and was only posted online, and it’s well on its way to becoming a viral hit.
In Justus’ forecast, he predicts that Godzilla will save the east coast from an incoming tidal wave. He also references sleeping coyotes and predicts one to 200 inches of rainfall for the Richmond area. Now if only Kansas City could get in on some of that rain.
