Study Links Calcium Supplements to Heart Attacks
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Several studies have linked taking calcium supplements to a higher risk of heart attacks. The most recent study found people who got their calcium just from supplements were more than twice as likely to have a heart attack as those who didn’t take the supplements.
