One Dead, Another Missing in Truman Lake Drowning

BENTON COUNTY, Mo. — Authorities are investigating after at least one person drowned at Truman Lake on Thursday.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Marine Operation troopers have recovered one victim from the water in the Berry Bend Area of Truman Lake in Benton County, and are currently looking for a second victim.

Authorities have not yet released any information on the victims.
