LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Gadgets are an essential part of student life. These gadgets can not guarantee good grades, but they can keep you connected, charged up, and entertained on that uphill walk to class. By now you have checked off the essentials like pens and pencils, but to really go back to school in style, you're going to need some tech.

Zipbuds can keep you entertained on your way up to class. Spend less time untangling you headphones and more time moving to your music; it's $20.

Here is another way to keep you cables from getting cluttered.

AVIIQ Ready Clips are short and sweet ways to charge and sync your stuff. They have a clip so you can carry them like a pen.
