Irish Festival: A Decade of Celtic Pride
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — This year, Kansas City Irish boast 10 years of fun at the Kansas City Irish Fest, Aug. 31-Sept. 2, at Crown Center.
It’s a tradition for many families who look forward to the celebration of their culture and history.

The festival was launched in 2003, and despite a torrential rain, about 8,000 people came out for it. Last year, some 97,000 patrons passed through the gates. This year, the Boulevard Beer Tasting Tent is a new feature expected to attract ale enthusiasts.
