New Virus Carried by Ticks

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — A medical mystery began three years ago in St. Joseph.  Now scientists know what made two Northwest Missouri farmers very sick. It’s a new virus — never identified anywhere before — that’s apparently carried by ticks.
