Jamie Lee Curtis to Hold Book Reading in Shawnee Mission
OVERLAND PARK, Kan.— On Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, award-winning actress and best-selling author, Jamie Lee Curtis will read from and talk about her new book My Brave Year of Firsts – Tries, Sighs and High Fives at an author event held at The Village Presbyterian Church, 6641 Mission Road, Prairie Village, Kan. The event is co-sponsored by Rainy Day Books, Head Start of Shawnee Mission and The Little House and begins at 7 p.m.
Admission package of $18.52 includes a copy of My Brave Year of Firsts, autographed by Jamie Lee Curtis, and one family ticket for up to two adults and two children. Children will receive activity books, posters, and stickers. Refreshments and a children’s activity are also planned.
