Murder Investigated in Warrensburg

WARRENSBURG, Mo. — A murder investigation is underway in Warrensburg, Mo. Police were called to the 1000 block of Sunflower on Saturday night for a shots fired call.

When they arrived, they found the body of 25-year-old William “Blaine” Whitworth.

It’s likely the Missouri Rural Major Case Squad will help with this investigation.
