KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Despite a shooting incident earlier in the week, residents in Kansas City, Kansas’s Quindaro neighborhood say that their area is on the rebound, and a new multi-million dollar makeover along Quindaro Boulevard will give them a big economic boost.
