Man Survives After Being Hit By Train

NEW CENTURY, Kan. — A man is recovering after being hit by a train early Saturday morning. The accident happened around 3 a.m. near 167th Street and 169 Highway.

Police say the man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office along with Burlington Northern Police are investigating the incident.
