Man Ticketed for Horn-Honking That Tormented Bicyclists

LONGMONT, Colo. — Colorado State Troopers have tracked down the driver who honked his horn incessantly at two bicyclists in Colorado.

The driver has been cited for harassment, impeding the flow of traffic, and improper use of a horn.

KDVR’s Mark Meredith caught up with one of the cyclists and found the driver’s son and has more in this report.
