Double Shooting Leaves One Dead

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead. Officers were called to 59th & Wabash on Wednesday night. When they arrived, they found a man dead in the back yard of a home.

Another man showed up at a metro hospital shortly after that with a gunshot wound. He said he’d been shot at the same location.

Witnesses say a black Pontiac Grand Prix and a Silver Ford Focus drove by and shots were fired.

The victim’s name has not been released.
