Man Surprises Girlfriend with Flash Mob Marriage Proposal

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man who is moving to Australia staged a flash mob on Saturday to ask his girlfriend to marry him.

FOX 4 reporter Monica Evans and photojournalist Phil Maslin were on the Country Club Plaza for the excitement.
