WASHINGTON D.C. — U.S. President Barack Obama called on Americans to heed local storm evacuation orders Monday. Anyone who doesn’t follow evacuation orders, he said, is “putting first responders in danger.” The president spoke to reporters from the White House after a Situation Room briefing on the storm.
