Cass County Man Faces Child Porn Charges

RAYMORE, Mo. — A Cass County man was arrested on Thursday and charged with promoting child pornography.

Rusty Darren Collins of Raymore is in custody in the Cass County Jail, charged with sexual misconduct involving a child under 15 and promoting child pornography.

There is no word on bond, or when he may be scheduled to appear in court.
