Poco’s Baja Puffy Fish Tacos

Fresh off their appearance on “Restaurant Impossible,” the folks from Poco’s are back with a great fish taco recipe.

BAJA PUFFY FISH TACOS
Grilled mahi mahi, crema queso, lettuce, salsa fresca, rice, beans

• 1 oz salsa fresca (corn relish)
• 1/2 oz of adobo sauce
• 1 oz queso fresco
• 1/4 oz lettuce
• 4 oz Mahi Mahi
• 4 oz rice 3 oz beans
