UPDATE: I-635 Onramp Reopened After Flipped Semi

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A flipped semi closed the onramp to northbound I-635 from northbound I-35 for several hours Monday afternoon.

The accident happened around 2 p.m. Monday.

The semi was moved and the ramp reopened just before 5 p.m.
