Mayor Launches Community Task Force for Arts

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas Citians will have a chance to give feedback on the future of arts in the city, thanks to a community-wide outreach being launched by the mayor’s office.

The campaign kicks off Monday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at ArtsTech, 1522 Holmes St.

It will be the first of several meetings being dubbed “Festival of Ideas,” the mayor’s office said.

If you can’t make one of the scheduled meetings, you can add your input online at www.envisionackc.com, the city said.
