Linguine alla pescatore (Linguine with seafood)

  • 8 oz. of cooked Barilla Linguine pasta
  • 3 Tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Mussles
  • 3 Large Scallops (16 – 20)
  • 3 Large Shrimp (16 -20)
  • 4 oz of Mio’s tomato & basil sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of crushed garlic
  • 3 oz White wine
  • 2 oz Clam juice
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt /pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Italian parsley

Preparation:

  • Boil water in a 8 qt pot and cook 8 oz of linguine pasta to “al dente”
  • Saute in High/Medium flame EVOO and sear the scallops and shrimps
  • Add mussels
  • Add crush garlic, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes
  • De glace with white wine
  • Add clam juice
  • Add tomato and basil sauce
  • Toss pasta into sauce and add parsley
