Cherry Berry Breakfast-In-A-Jar

Serves: 1

All you need:

  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Greek non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1-2 tsp milled chia seed
  • 1/3 cup frozen Cherry Berry Blend fruit
  • Cinnamon, as desired

All you do:

  1. Combine yogurt, oats, milk and chia in a small bowl.
  2. Alternately layer yogurt/oatmeal mixture with frozen fruit in a pint canning jar. Sprinkle cinnamon on top as desired. Cover with lid.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.
  4. Enjoy chilled.

 

Banana Peanut Butter Breakfast-In-A-Jar

Serves: 1

All you need:

  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Greek non-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1-2 tsp milled chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (may substitute PB2 powdered peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup diced ripe banana, or enough to fill jar (approximately half a small banana)

All you do:

  1. Combine yogurt, oats, milk, chia and peanut butter in pint canning jar.
  2. Cover the jar with lid and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add bananas and stir until mixed throughout.
  3. Cover with lid
  4. Refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.
  5. Enjoy chilled.
