Metro restaurants team up to benefit JJ’s Saturday

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — More than 70 restaurants around greater Kansas City are joining forces Saturday to help JJ’s Restaurant after Tuesday’s explosion.

For one day only, participating restaurants will donate 10 percent of sales Feb. 23 to the JJ’s Restaurant Support Fund — a support account setup by the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association.

In addition to the ten percent donation from the participating restaurants, diners will also have the chance to make freewill donations at the participating restaurants.
