The cover of rolling stone magazine is usually reserved for rock stars, actors and other celebrities, but the August 3rd edition features someone who isn't famous, but rather infamous.

The issue will feature the surviving Boston bombings suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to 30 counts related to the bombings, which killed three people and injured more than 260 others.

The cover shows a photo he took of himself. The story promises to deliver an account of "how a charming kid with a bright future became a monster."

Rolling Stone says contributing editor Janet Reitman spent two months investigating the story, speaking to dozens of people who know him, but some people on Twitter and Faceboook have a problem with him making the cover, calling it a glamorization of Tsarnaev.

This isn't a first for Rolling Stone. According to the Huffington Post, the magazine featured a photo of serial killer Charles Manson on its June 1970 cover.
