KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Over the past few years Sporting KC’s fan base has grown tremendously. When the announcement was made that Kansas City would host the MLS All-Star game earlier this year, die-hard soccer fans in Kansas City purchased their tickets and started counting down the days.

Sporting KC has had its ups and downs this season, especially when starters Graham Zussi or Matt Besler were on the road with the U.S. Men’s national team. However, the team managed to make it to first place in the Eastern Conference. Their record right now is 10-6-6 in the league.
