Maker of Motrin Infant Drops reissues recall

There’s an important medicine recall for parents of infants.

Nearly 200,000 bottles of Concentrated Motrin Infant Drops are being pulled from store shelves  Bottles of the Motrin may contain tiny plastic particles.

The recall was announced one month ago, but Johnson & Johnson, the drug maker, has reissued the warning.

The drops are berry flavored and in half ounce bottles.

Johnson & Johnson said the bottles should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

The recalled half-ounce bottles can be identified by their lot numbers: DCB3T01, DDB4R01 and DDB4S01.

“The health and well-being of consumers is our company’s #1 priority. If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to inquire about a refund, please call our Consumer Care Center,” the manufacturer said on its website.
