My son is an example of a kid taking gluten, casien, and sugar out of his life has helped him. He’s on a strict diet for allergies even past the GFCF diet…. he went from a non-verbal 3.5 year old to a 7 year old who is in 1st grade reading at an advanced level. He is mainstream in class with a paras help.
