Marinated Berries with Mint

6 cups mixed berries, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of kosher salt
2 tbsp. raspberry balsamic vinegar
¼ cup torn mint leaves


In a medium bowl, mix berries with the sugar, lemon juice, and salt; let sit for one half hour. Stir in vinegar and drizzle over remaining berries in a serving bowl. Toss with mint and serve immediately.
