LOS ANGELES — Residents of one Los Angeles suburb have been frustrated by the theft of their lawn ornaments, but now police believe they found the two culprits.

Dozens of lawn statues and ornaments were taken from yards in the city of about 128,000 people. Police say the two people they arrested would sell the items at area swap meets. When arrested, they were also in possession of methamphetamine, according to police.
