Members of the FOX 4 morning team are used to microphones. They use them every day — to talk. But last Thursday some of Kansas City’s favorite faces braved the mic and sang karaoke — or tried to. The event benefited the work Mercy and Truth Medical Missions is doing in Tanzania, East Africa. Depending on how sensitive your ears are, you may want to adjust your speakers before playing this video.

OMG these locals are NOT celebrities. They are SUPPOSED to be newscasters, that is dispensers of the news. This is what happens when local stations are too poor or cheap to afford real programming and so have these idiots on the television for hours at a time in the mornings. I remember the days when news was treated with respect and not full of clowning and sh*t like this. Truly embarrassing to Kansas City. Charity work is fine but don’t use it to spotlight your own false sense of celebrity.
