YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Firefighters rescued a dog that had been stranded on the roof of an Ohio home for three days. The owner thought the dog escaped or was stolen during a break-in at his home. After the dog was taken down, he was given French fries and was taken to the pound to be treated. The owner was cited for not having his dog licensed.
