Police said Yepez’s 22-year-old brother was also a victim of the shooting, and was shot in the finger. He was treated and released from an area hospital, however according to police the little boy is in serious but stable condition.

Police say that right now, there is no suspect information. They are urging anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS (8477).
